Characteristics:
 PTFE filling product has strong corrosion-resistance and friction-resistance. By adding filler such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, copper powder, graphite, asbestos, MOS₂, AL₂O₃, carbon powder, ceramic fiber, metal powder, polyamide, PS, hardness, compression strength and abrasion-resistance of the product is improved. In addition, it will have good heat conductivity and low heat expansion coefficient.

Usage:
As enhanced product has good corrosion-resistance, low friction and good hardness, it is widely used for the production of washer, valve, bearing, slide, piston ring, insulating sleeve, and self-lubricating seal.

Specifications:
We can supply enhanced PTFE product such as cylinder, washer, sealing ring. Special product such as irregular shaped parts can be made to order.
